1. Q: How can I get just a camera? No monitor

A: JUAN baby monitor can add up to 4 multiple cameras. This is very important for families with multiple children. Our factory is upgrading with new cameras, which may take a little time. If you need to purchase a camera separately, please let us know, we will make a note for you. When the camera is mass produced, we will inform you the first time.

2. Q: Why does the Monitor show “Baby Monitor” or “”JUAN?

A: Don’t worry. Two batches of JA2216 were produced. Their models and materials are exactly the same. The only difference is the LOGO on the monitor.

3. Q: Why can’t the monitor zoom in?

A:Please keep camera and crib/baby at least 6.5FT away if you need to zoom in the screen picture.
