The Longevity Fitness Club is a luxury wellness-focused boutique club that blends fitness with spa-like amenities. They offer Pilates, personal training, small group fitness classes, recovery, and wellness services. Private showers, towel service, and concierge scheduling. The studio emphasizes a holistic, elevated fitness experience, often described as “a fitness club that feels like a spa.” There are two locations, one at 163 Rutledge Ave. in downtown Charleston and another at 635 Freshfields Drive, Suite 202, on Kiawah Island.

The Works Cycle is a boutique cycling and infrared sauna studio, with locations at 465 Meeting Street in downtown Charleston and at 1440 Ben Sawyer Blvd. in Mount Pleasant. According to the website, “It’s more than fitness — it’s heart work — it’s getting out of your head and into your body.” Classes are designed for all fitness levels, making it easy for beginners to jump in to the 45-minute cycle classes or 60-minute sauna drips.

Form, a fitness studio located at 320 Broad Street in Charleston, uses the Lagree Fitness Method, “a high intensity, low impact workout performed on the patented Megaformer, created by Sebastian Lagree.” The 45-minute classes focus on building strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility using slow and controlled movements with spring-based tension.

Rhapsody Fitness, located at 700 King Street, is a workout facility that offers one-on-one mentorship during your first month in order to create a “unique workout, nutrition and wellness plan just for you.” Then they continue with “quarterly, personalized check-ins to make sure you feel confident in your course and are on the road to long-term success.” There are several group training and individual training options to choose from, 46 classes, and 24 open gym hours over seven days per week, you have plenty to choose from. They use gymnastics, weightlifting, aerobic training, and more to make you look and feel your best.
